Keyless Access
We make your stay easy with coded locks on doors, garage and Canyon Lodge locker -- no keys to pick up, share, or lose. Give the code to your group, so everyone can come and go as they please.

Be sure to mark marybeth@adventurerefined.com as safe for your email provider. Access info will be sent from that address. You can read more about how and when we will send your access code by clicking here.

video monitoring
  • Althought we are not on-site, we have staff who is available on-call to respond to emergencies.
  • To improve safety and security of property and guests, exterior areas and entrances are monitored by cloud-hosted video and audio surveillance.

snow removal
  • For your convenience, we provide 1 snow shovel in the garage; 1 snow shovel on the balcony. Please do not remove either from the property. 
  • You will also find ice melt in the garage to minimize ice on the walkways if needed.
  • Driveway snow removal is provided by the Mountainside HOA. Usually, the plow will arrive the morning after a snow cycle, & anytime 6 inches of snow has fallen.
  • Guests are responsible for snow removal around any cars parked outside the garage.

Safety Equipment
  • USB rechargable flashlight is located on the tech charging shelves in the kitchen.
  • First aid kit is located in the mian level bathroom.
  • Emergency evacuation lighting with battery backup on every stair landing. These plug-in lights double as flashlights, if necessary.
  • CO monitors with audible alarms are  located on each level.
  • Whole-house fire alarm system with sprinklers througout home.
  • Fire extinguishers are located in kitchen, laudry room and garage.
  • Evacuation map and emergency contact info posted in the house foyer.
